Service Description
Family mediation is a confidential process that helps families discuss and manage conflict in a calm, respectful setting. During the intake session, the mediator gathers information, explains the process, and assesses how mediation may assist you to communicate, explore options, and work toward practical agreements, with a focus on the best interests of everyone involved, especially children. Issue of 60I certificate where relevant.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may manage their own appointments online, subject to the following conditions: Cancellations: Clients may cancel their booking online up to 12 hour before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 12 hour of the appointment start time are not permitted online. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their booking online up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is not available within 12 hours of the appointment.
