My path into conflict resolution began early in life. Growing up as the youngest of twelve, I naturally found myself helping family members work through disagreements and challenging situations. Over time, this informal role evolved into a professional calling, leading me to support individuals and families in resolving conflict and progressing through family law matters with clarity and confidence.

Our founders journey through Immigration

I migrated from New Zealand to Australia in 1987, an experience that sparked my long-standing interest in migration and settlement. In my early years in Australia, I worked as an English tutor, mentoring international students, which highlighted the significant gaps in support and understanding of Australia’s migration policies and culture. This insight led me to pursue a career as a migration agent, helping others like me build their lives in Australia.
