1. About Us
MTC Consultancy provides migration-related advice and services in accordance with the Migration Act 1958, the Migration Agents Regulations, and the Migration Agents Code of Conduct. Services are provided by a Registered Migration Agent where applicable.
2. Scope of Services
Our services may include, but are not limited to:

Migration and visa advice

Eligibility assessments

Preparation and lodgement of visa and citizenship applications

Assistance with supporting documentation

Communication with the Department of Home Affairs
The specific services provided will be agreed upon in writing before work commences.
3. No Guarantee of Outcome
MTC Consultancy does not guarantee the approval of any visa, citizenship, or related application. All decisions are made solely by the Department of Home Affairs or other relevant authorities.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information

Notify us promptly of any changes to your circumstances

Supply requested documents within agreed timeframes
Failure to do so may affect your application and/or our ability to provide services.
5. Fees and Payments
All fees will be clearly disclosed before engagement. Fees are payable in accordance with the agreed payment terms. Government charges and third-party costs are separate and payable by the client.
6. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this agreement limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Confidentiality and Privacy
All client information is handled confidentially and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Information will only be shared where required to provide services or by law.
8. Communication with Authorities
Where authorised, MTC Consultancy may act as your representative and communicate directly with the Department of Home Affairs or other relevant bodies on your behalf.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MTC Consultancy is not liable for outcomes resulting from:

Changes in migration law or policy

Decisions made by government authorities
-
Delays outside our control
This clause does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services in writing. Fees for work already completed remain payable. Any termination will be handled in accordance with the Migration Agents Code of Conduct.
11. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to remedies if services are not provided with due care and skill or do not meet statutory guarantees.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
