Service Description
Our Immigration and Citizenship service supports clients through the Australian migration and citizenship process by providing clear, practical guidance. This session is conducted with a Registered Migration Agent (RMA) and helps MTC understand your circumstances, identify how we can assist, and begin progressing your matter. The time outlined in this session is only for admin and booking reference and will vary case to case.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may manage their own appointments online, subject to the following conditions: Cancellations: Clients may cancel their booking online up to 12 hour before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 12 hour of the appointment start time are not permitted online. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their booking online up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling is not available within 12 hours of the appointment.
